Today Pastor Mo encouraged us to not throw away our shot. We can use the gifts and talents God has given us to follow what He has planned. Take a step of faith today and shoot your shot.

Be obedient towards God even in your doubts and fears. Christmas Eve is just two days away and we are looking forward to celebrating with you and your families. We have a few tips for you that will help you stay safe but still have a great Christmas experience. ......................... Day 7: Pray that you and your loved ones will be open to His guidance. Pray that He will guard your mind and body. Pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you to people who need God's love and give you the words to say as you have conversations with them. Remember you can join our prayer services online or in-person at 9 a.m. this morning.

Over the past few weeks, we have been collecting gifts for our annual Angel Tree gift. On Saturday we distributed gifts to over 500 individuals. We are overwhelmed by the generosity of this Church. 4 things to be encouraged by this season 1. When you're waiting on God you can be sure of His promises. 2. God will do more than you can expect. 3. God is using your story for His glory.... 4. Merry Christmas! We hope you're having a wonderful Christmas. Yesterday we celebrated Christmas Eve with 5 services all focused on the birth of baby Jesus. If you weren't able to join us yesterday we promise this message is something that you want to hear. Today we hope for a brighter tomorrow knowing that better days are ahead. "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6

Day 5: Pray that they will find hope in Jesus and that our church will continue to be a light in our community where the lost can be found and the broken can be healed. Pray for those who are hurting today. Pray that they will find peace and strength.

Have you ever wanted to host a small group but didn't know where to begin? During the 9am service at the Augusta Campus we will have a training session for anyone interested in hosting a small group this Spring. We give you the essential tools to make your small group successful. We believe people’s lives are changed one semester at a time by moving one step toward Christ, and as a small group host, you get to play an important role in that process.

Day 4: Pray for our Church staff and that they will continue using the gifts and talents the Lord has blessed them with to serve Him. Pray that God would expand our influence in this community and touch lives all over the CSRA and beyond. Pray for the volunteers and ministries of Stevens Creek Church. Pray protection over our volunteers and that their influence will increase as they serve in their calling.

What place does Jesus occupy in your heart? If we want our lives to be full of joy and purpose then we must give Jesus our best. This Christmas season make sure to give Jesus the priority spot He deserves in your life.

Your life was made to glorify God. He will use your story for His glory. "Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Ephesians 3:20-21

Day 3: Pray that you will be a light to the people you work with. Pray for those in authority over you and for those under your authority. Pray for the place where you work - whether it's a construction site, an office, or your home. Pray for those who do not have a job right now. Pray for peace and clarity for the next step they need to take.

In a season where everything seems to be very chaotic and busy, we can be reminded that God is the ultimate peacemaker. As you go into this upcoming week remember to be a peacemaker.

Starting January 3rd we will begin 21 Days of Prayer. Join with our church family as we pray for each other, our church, and our community during this prayer emphasis. You can join us at either of our in-person campuses or online on our website or Facebook page. Each campus will be open on weekdays at 6am with a service at 7am. In the midst of this pandemic, God has poured out His blessing on each one of us. We want to thank Him for all He has done and one way you can do that is by giving back. As we go into 2021 we are going to expect great things. We believe this year is going to be stronger and better than ever. Finish this year with a grateful heart and thank Him for all He has done.

All young adults and college-aged students are invited to join us for Passion 2021 on December 31st. Come to this event for a great night of community, worship, and a live stream message from the Passion conference. This event will be held at the Augusta Campus from 6:30pm - 1am. Over the past few weeks we have been collecting Angel Tree gifts for the families at the Dream Center. This Saturday we will be distributing those gifts to all of the families and having a Christmas Party to celebrate the season. We would love extra help from 1pm-4pm on December 19th.. Christmas time is here and we want to know if you will be celebrating with us. Childcare will be provided during the service for children ages 6 weeks to kindergarten. Last year the worship team wrote a Christmas album. The title song of the album is named Glory. Listen to this song and imagine what it was like when Jesus was born.

Creek Kids wore tacky Christmas sweaters, angel tree gifts were collected, we sang our favorite Christmas songs, and Pastor Dave spoke on having peace in the midst of your pain. Watch this video to recap all the activities that happened yesterday morning!

It was a powerful service today. The worship team sang some of their favorite songs from the album Glory and Pastor Dave spoke on having Peace in the midst of pain. "I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning." Lamentations 3:20-23 We hope to see you back at the Church tonight for the Creek Christmas Blast from 5pm - 7pm! Santa Claus will be there for socially distant photos and food will be provided for the kids. There will also be a variety of local food trucks with different dinner options for under $10. Don't miss this event as we celebrate the season of Christmas and end the night with worship and fireworks.
