Parrish's Ole Time Premium Sugar Cane Syrup

It took several people, a trip to Savannah, and the work of these three, but we are finally back up and running! We just figure Dad is up there smiling and laughing...and probably really proud that this crew figured it out.

What happens when your grinder breaks in the middle of your syrup making week? You pull together as a family, reach out to friends far and wide, and make it happen. Thankful for a fellow syrup maker who let us use their grinder today! It was a late night batch tonight!

Day 2 is in the books! So far, we are 4 cooks in, with an estimated 7 more cooks to go. Thank you to everyone for your support over the past year. We are thankful for all of you!

Day 2 is off to a great start!

First batch is done. We are sure Dad would have a fuss about the mess we made or the fact that we were a little disorganized, but it’s done, and we are moving on to round two of the day!
