Hello Tall Oaks Tenants, this is your Security Officer, George Mooney. I want to give you all some tips for holiday season we are in. 1. Make sure you lock your vehicles when you are home. 2. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle over night (example: purses, laptops, cell phones, christmas presents , packages, etc.)... 3. Make sure you leave a light on outside your residence at night, a porch light would be fine. 4. Keep an eye on your surroundings and try to leave at different times. Believe it or not people watch when you leave and when you come home. 5. Keep an eye on your neighbors if possible remember if you see something happening call 911 first then me at 678-209-8863. That’s the only way criminals can be stopped. We are neighbors we should look out for each other and the children of this neighborhood. (Remember this is a big city and officers can’t be everywhere at all times.) There is nothing wrong with calling 911 when someone is breaking in a residence, hurting someone or even just suspicious to you. Also remember no one wants to be a victim.

The Holiday Season is upon us and I would like to remind each and everyone of my residents that we need to be kind and considerate of our neighbors. Around the holiday's tenants may be having company and with that some extra cars and more noise than usual. Please nicely talk to your neighbor if something is bothering you or call the office and we will find a compromise that will be equally fair for both parties. Do not let your company park in your neighbors space without first getting their permission, each unit is allowed two parking spaces .
