Finally taking the time to update everyone to the COVID19 challenge: As of last Monday (3/16), TCS implemented aggressive sanitation policies for all employees. This week, we were swamped with requests to enable customers to work remotely. We are working through all those requests as quickly as possible. As of now, our staff is still working from the office to resolve issues remotely, if at all possible. We have limited our onsite work to emergency-only. We remain as committed as ever to serving our customers by employing technology to serve them during these unprecedented times. Thank you to all the first-responders, healthcare providers, utility providers, truckers, and everyone else who continues to serve us during this time! Your technology providers are seeking to do the same. Stay safe and healthy out there!
