In 2018, I made a #committed effort to brand my firm - and through that effort I found that a deeper goal of mine was to normalize the notion that it is okay to... speak about your faith in the professional setting. So many people told me that I should not publish the idea of my faith tradition as a central part of my career. This advice came from a good place. They did not want me to be a target for those that have ill intentions, or at the bare minimum, diminish my target audience for those that were looking for legal services. But after I stayed the course, a thousand more people told me how much of an impact this video had on them and their children. I think I made the right decision, and now as a #CrispEffectChallanger - I'm asked to repost this video of our brand once again, to remind myself of how it all started.
