Previously, I worked as a civilian for the Department of Defense, where I received an Army Commendation Medal, an honor usually reserved for active-duty personnel. As a legal assistant, I support Mr. Branch by interacting with and serving our clients, other attorneys, and service personnel. Extra Special People is an organization that supports young people with behavioral and learning disorders through educational programs and community involvement. Right now, many of the children and young adults they serve are struggling as are the families of these special needs kids. To help them in their time of need, ESP has started its first-ever family support emergency fund to provide direct and/or financial support.
