We are happy to announce that the TENNIS COURTS are now open again following the storm damage to the fence! Repairs have been completed! Tennis Court hours are 10am-8pm during the week and weekends! Play On!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE From The Board: Effective Immediately The Reserve at Reid Plantation Basketball Court and Playground area are CLOSED until Governor Kemp’s Executive Order for Statewide Shelter In Place expires at 11:59pm on April 13, 2020 or until such time all Executive Orders expire pertaining to only ten (10) persons or less gathering in a single location while being within six (6) feet of another person. If you become aware of or observe anyone not complying with this action by the Board we encourage you to contact Villa Rica Police Department and report the information. The HOA has received some inquiries from homeowners about the rules for fireworks for New Year's Eve so we wanted to post something on our page. Our HOA follows Villa Rica city ordinance which follows Georgia's law (OCGA 15-10-2). You can shoot off fireworks between the hours of 9:00pm and 1:00am the next morning. Please be mindful of your neighbors and pets and we wish you a happy, safe, and prosperous New Year in 2020!

The City of Villa Rica has lifted the water boil advisory effective immediately.

Update: I have just received a call from the city. They are anticipating being able to lift the boil water advisory by 3:00pm on Sunday! Update info is on the City of Villa Rica FB page and they will provide further updates tomorrow, as well as, post a sign in the front of our subdivision tomorrow.

A water main break has caused 7ft of piping to have to be replaced. This impacts all of Reid Plantation and west on 101 to Whitney Heights. We are under a boil water advisory at least until 9:30pm Saturday night in which time the City will update me on further progress. Though your water pressure should increase shortly you will likely experience dirty water or even detect an odor. Flush your lines until it clears then boil water.
