Llama Drama. . . We have always felt very fortunate that Dr. Matt Miller was, and is, a part of The Village Vets - joining our Decatur team in 2007 - leaving in 2012, at which time he started Miller Mobile Veterinary Services and Animal Hospital. Though based out of Cobb County, Dr. Miller continued for some time providing veterinary care in the homes of several of his loyal Decatur clients. It has been no surprise how successful Dr. Miller has been and continues to be. BIG NEWS!!! The Village Vets is opening a new hospital in Pennsylvania! YES! But wait, this first Help us extend a warm welcome to Dr. Julia Lane. Dr. Lane is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lane currently lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with her husband, Tim and their children, Zachary (age 10) and Jade (age 6). Their extended family includes a Miniature Pinscher, Maximus and a Bichon Frise, Smushie, a hermit crab named ...Hulk, and two leopard geckos named Hamilton and Rudolph. Dr. Lane’s professional interests include internal medicine, surgery, and ultrasound but there is no doubt about this, she takes pride in serving her clients, patients, and the community she loves and has a great sense of loyalty to. We are super excited about opening The Village Vets Plymouth Meeting with Dr. Lane this next month on October 19. She is very well known and loved in this family-oriented community (10 miles outside of Philadelphia) as she has been providing amazing care to the pets and their people there for over 15 years.
