Had a scary moment today!! Today while at the store I was walking out to my car by myself.. As soon as I stepped outside two men tried talking to me and calling... me over to their truck... the older man said please come help me I need my medicine and my leg is broken.. I looked at the young man in his truck and he was putting his head down covering his face.. I kept walking and told them I’m sorry I couldn’t help, and jumped in my car and drove off.. but as soon as I drove off they were right behind me and followed me for about 30 minutes around Athens.. I finally lost them at a red light when I pretty much ran it.. Girls be carful when you are by yourself and don’t stop to help anyone.. I know that is sad in this day in time you can’t be a good person and try and help people.. but I rather be safe then sorry and end up missing!! You never think it will happen to you but I can tell you it scared me to death.. Alway be aware of your surroundings!! Update of the post to everyone that say I should of drove to the police station or called 911 when your in panic mood sometime you don’t think of the simple situation you should do.. I had threw my stuff in the car and my phone fell onto the floor where I couldn’t reach it so I couldn’t call 911! Secondly I was in a new area and I didn’t know where a police station was at so I did the best I could in my situation. Thank you for your concern though!
