I have been working on a few specialty cakes today ... one is a Sponge Bob made with my Bavarian cream icing ... oh boy very hard to do because it is definitely not a medium that hardens or holds shape well . Can’t use fondant on this type of icing either but I must say coming along nicely ... free handing it today ha ha ! Will post a pic later ... hopefully ha .
