I only have an 11X5 and 10X10s that are available now....as far as booths and cube shelving goes.... the mannequin and jewelry displays are all still available. I will be there Sunday 1-5 and Monday 1-6. After that, I probably won't go there again until opening day....Nov. 5th.

Ok crafters, builders, pickers, etc. Start getting your things ready. I will be there Saturday morning at 10:30-11:30 (may stay later) Sunday 1-5, and Monday 1-6 so you can pick a booth, get info, sign 3 month agreement, pay booth/space rent, and set up your booths/spaces (but I will only be there if I know someone is coming those days...so please let me know which day you are coming). After those days, it would have to be during store hours. I now need to spend some uninte...rrupted days at home to paint my signs and wrap up last minute things, that is the reason I had to set specific times.....been zipping around like crazy. Lol I hope our Grand Opening is GRAND.....that's one reason for the November discount. Let's fill this store with lots beautiful and useful selections before opening day. November 5th will be the big day. I think there will be lots of people show up for the grand opening days....it will benefit you, as well as all of us, if you don't wait past the grand opening days to open your booth. There have been a lot of people driving by looking in and a few even coming in to see what's going on. I have met so many nice people. Any booth/space held right now will need first months rent paid by or on opening day or it may go to someone else. I can't wait to see what you will be bringing in. The days I am there, I will have print outs of the 3 month booth/space rental agreement that has details about many things, including what info to write on your tags and the type of tags. You will find out your booth/space I.D. too, which you write on your price tags. Example is cube shelves will be C1 or C2, booth will be B1, B2, etc. Jewelry stands J1, J2, etc. I'm posting a picture of an example of a price tag I used in the past. You can buy them at Walmart, Dollar Tree, etc. I will save the tags to add up how much you have made during the month. Please look through the post on this page for answers to questions you may have. I put sheers up because the sun was rough. I thought it was going to warp the mannequin head earlier today. One of the vendors brought a table in today and the glare from the sun made it hard to look at it. Got some of the bags today too. I'm going to post a video after while too.

A couple of more displays I will rent out. You don't have to be a booth renter to rent one of these. See the many other displays available in photos.

BOOTH SPACES still available. Just a reminder. We may be able to start setting up our booths in there very soon. Only $1.00 a sq. ft. Plus 10% commission. If you rent a 6X5 at half off for this November, you only pay $15.00 for that month plus the 10%. The big 10X10 only $50.00 this November plus 10%....ect. Great way to get started. If you are considering renting a booth, but unsure, you are welcome to come by today 2-4 and just look at the spaces. There is still work being done there, so just look past all of that. Lol

Someone told me there is an estate sell at 801 Jones Road LaFayette. Sat. 10-5 Sun 1-5. Good way to get some items to fill your booth.

I plan to open Nov. 1, 2020.... maybe before (I seriously doubt), maybe after (I hope not).

Crafters, hobbyist, pickers, furniture flippers, etc. I am opening a shop in Lafayette, GA....The Collective Cottage. November only, booth rent will be half price...don't miss this great opportunity.....10X10s, 6X7, 8X5, 6X5s, and 11X5. I will also rent out small jewelry stands, decorative metal mannequins to display items on, and square cubes with shelving on 3 sides. You don't have to stay there to sell your items.... I hope to fill this huge building with new, vintage, shabby chic, antique, thrifted, elegant, crafted, farmhouse, picked, or flipped home decor, furniture, jewelry, art, crafts, etc. If you are interested, please contact me by sending a message... Booth selection will go in order of when I received the messages. Be sure to mention if you will also/only be interested in small jewelry displays or metal mannequins...Lg, med, sm. Booth selection will be Sunday Oct. 18th between 2-4 at the store (but in order of messages received). If you are sure what size booth you want, be sure to tell me...it goes in order that way too. Don't stress over being unprepared. I didn't know I was renting a huge building until I drove by it about a week ago. We can be unprepared and nervous together. Sometimes you just have to dive in. Edit...the owners are working very hard to finish repairs as quick as possible. Not sure if I will be able to open Nov. 1st, but it won't be long.
