Had a great time last Friday at the office Christmas party at the Wade’s house. It was awesome getting to hang out with everyone outside of the office! Thanks to Skoll Axe Throwing for coming out and making it fun!

We were excited to be able to be a part of the Toys for Tots drive this year! Remember that the holidays aren’t about what you can get, but what you can do for others! A meaningful life is one spent serving those around us. See if your family can find a way to grow closer by giving back to others this holiday season.

Mental health and physical health play hand in hand when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Had a great time out at the Adel Hog Jog on Saturday supporting local community events and won 1st place in the 30-39 age category! We try to practice what we preach when supporting patient health. Get out there and find a challenge for yourself!

Hasn't the cooler weather been amazing!?? Daylight's savings time is coming up on November 1st and we're definitely in the fall season! Bring on the fuzzy boots and pumpkin spice everything! What's your favorite thing about the fall season?

It's Friday! Make sure that you're recharging over the weekend to be ready to punch your goals in the face Monday morning. If Monday is always a drag, maybe you need to rethink your goals or what you do to recharge. Remember that self-care is important and what recharges you is different for each person. Make sure you know what works for you!
