One last 2020 surprise. My new MacBook decided to just die today. So that means I go back to 1980 and use paper and pen to show prep. Oh and just this week alone, I had a monitor die and a microphone stand just fall apart. 2021 you better act like you have some sense!

Growing up in South Georgia, you ate your black eyed peas and collards on New Year’s Day. Here is a recipe (thanks to my cousin Jan) that will make the biggest collard hater change their minds. It’s so good and easy that even I can cook it!
