The gleaming, granite dance floor is an excellent feature of the large ballroom at The Metropolitan Club. It has been carefully mitered into the floor so that guests experience it as exactly even; flush, it comfortably rests at the same level as the carpeted areas. Here, they can put their hands in the air like they just don’t care...! There is plenty of space.
