It's that time of the year again. The #holidayseason is upon us. That also means it's #vacation time for the #chickens. We do everything we can to keep them laying throughout the year, but when their bodies tell them to take a break, conserve energy, and charge up for the spring, there's not much we can do. We are still putting as many #pasturedeggs as we can out, but we know it isn't enough to supply everyone. Hopefully things pick up again in not too long.... New this week: Mrs. Amerson's Winter Squash from a local friend's farm.
