Join us on Friday Oct 30th for a Trunk or Treat drive-thru event! Bring the kids by for a safe and fun trick or treat experience. Please remain in your cars at all times. Event will run 4-6:30 P for the public.

Things were looking a little 'batty' today at Lake Joy during creative crafts!

Happy Birthday Vi!!! Vi is our only resident birthday this month, making it even more special to celebrate. She is also our resident of the month!! Congrats Vi and we all wish you a very happy birthday, with many more to come!!

A huge thank you to Julie & the FBLA Club at Feagin Mill Middle School for donating these hand-painted pumpkins to bring a little bit of harvest to Lake Joy! Residents were able to pick out their own pumpkin to decorate their rooms with, and as you can see, everyone was all smiles!

It’s National Fluffernutter Day!! Residents got to enjoy a taste of New England this afternoon. Many had never even heard of the New England classic, but all enjoyed trying something new! Have you ever tried one?!

It’s National Food Service Week, and we would like to take the time to showcase our amazing culinary team!! Each day for the rest of the week, we will feature members of our team, but today we want to recognize them as a whole. This team has overcome many obstacles, but always comes out stronger. When you can’t attend a wedding because of a pandemic, the wedding comes to you!! Congratulations to the happy couple! We were happy to share in this very special moment.

We had so much fun playing Wheel of Fortune yesterday! Thank you Mandy and Brenda from Serenity Hospice for bringing some friendly competition our way! We worked our brains on puzzles and our stomach muscles as we laughed! We were challenged by "The Canopy", crushed their score and have now passed the challenge on to the staff and residents of "Antebellum Grove"!! We are stronger together!
