It’s certainly not the same, but we hope our residents’ loved ones will continue to visit often during this time. These visits mean a lot to our residents.

We have a vacancy! If you know of anyone looking for a room give us a call at 229-549-6100 or 229-251-1056 between the hours of 9a-5p Mon-Fri.

As you all know, we are all concerned about the potential spread of Covid-19, and keeping our residents and staff healthy and safe is our highest priority. Therefore, prevention is of utmost importance to us. We are requesting that all visits be halted at this time. Our facility will be closed to the public with the exception of necessary health care visits and emergency personnel. Those personnel will need to follow Rachel House policy as well as CDC guidelines before enter...ing. We are hoping that these measures will mitigate any impact that the virus may have in our facility. If you have any concerns, please contact the staff or owners and we will update you on the wellness of your loved one. You are also welcome and encouraged to call and talk to them. Please respect these guidelines as we only have the best interests at heart for our residents and staff! Thank you!

Everyone at The Rachel House would like to wish Ms. Lois Musslewhite a Happy Birthday! She turns 106 today!

The Rachel House would like to thank the children of Lakeview Baptist Church and the Beta Club from Cook High for coming by Saturday to entertain our residents. They loved every minute of it.

Thanks to Mrs. Boyd’s Cook Middle School class for coming by and decorating Christmas cookies with our residents. They had a great time!

We’d like to thank Cook High School for coming by and performing for our residents. They were amazed by the voices and the costumes.
