I am so incredibly proud of this guy and his work ethic coming back from this surgery! 5 months of no non-sense bull shit free, balls to the wall training, and this is what you get! We have used several awesome tools like the @bandbell bars and the @tsunamibarbell bars! Made it to Machu Picchu Tuesday where #therackapc made an appearance. Couldn’t have had a better time....the Inca were an amazing people and extraordinary engineers.
