2/12/21= 6 months!!! This shop has come a long way since we opened! I am still pinching myself. Thank you for your continued support. **Just a side note. I am having surgery Wednesday 17th. I have been putting this off way to long and now it’s time to take care of me. I will be out of the shop 4 to 6 weeks. (We all know I am to hard headed to stay away) tomorrow is my last day behind the chair for a while. If you need me let me know. We will make it happen. ... Phew!! 2020 only has a few hours left. This year has been a whirlwind to say the least. For me to go from working for someone to opening a business in 60 days still blows my mind. Opening a barbershop during a pandemic has been scary as hell. It has tested my limits and taught me so much. I still catch myself looking around when someone asks who’s the owner. We have accomplished some amazing things the last 4 months with help from our community...... We introduced small businesses in our area during our small business expo. Started an annual trunk or treat event. Donated over 2000 dollars to the Shop with a Hero Program! Had Covid friendly Santa Donated 2220.4 pounds of dog food to the shelter. ( not a typo, we actually donated over a ton of dog food) We have given over 2800 keep it handsome hair cuts Started our legacy wall and promoted an new appreciation for our fellow first responders. But what I am most proud of is the Precedents we have modeled amongst other small businesses. Encouraging others to cross promote and support each other during these uncertain times. We have helped our neighbors remember that small business is the heart and soul of the community. Now, Lets get up, brush ourselves off, stand tall and know that 2021 will be full amazing things. Let’s be positive and remember what we allow will continue, remember being unhappy is a choice, challenge our limits and let’s chose faith over fear. Happy new year everyone!
