This is January's 5:30 a.m. off day schedule. No class on red dot days!

Make 2019 YOUR year! Join us at The Rock! Beginning January 7th The Rock Fitness will be holding 5:30AM group fitness classes at the Pelham Middle School gym located behind the board of education. Schedule will be posted monthly. Rates: -$40/month unlimited classes -$30/month unlimited for teachers, military, first responders, business employees of members of the Pelham COC, AND participants in the Pelham Chamber's weight loss challenge

This is our "off day" schedule for October, come check us out at 5:30 am or 5:00 pm at the Train Depot Platform in Pelham!
