Sermon Notes for 12/20/2020: Is Peace Even Possible? Most of us have a problem finding perfect peace. With our lives being so different in 2020, peace has been very fleeting. But God’s word tells us how we can have perfect peace. Let’s dig in! In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts. Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, the nation that keeps faith. You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You. Sermon Notes for 12/6/2020: Don’t Settle For A Happy Meal The last couple of weeks we have been talking about a reset for our lives for 2021. Today, I’m going to try and finish so we can know how to be closer to God this coming year. Then Moses said, I pray You, show me Your glory! And He said, I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion... on whom I will show compassion. But He said, You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live! Then the Lord said, Behold, there is a place by Me, and you shall stand there on the rock; and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by.
