Meet Hallie Zittrouer! Hallie is an RN, who came to Thomaston Hospice after working seven years in oncology. Hallie’s favorite part of her job is being able to build relationships with each family. She is a huge asset to our team as she helps our patients and their families find peace in times of uncertainty.

As your loved one ages and symptoms of a terminal illness become harder to manage, Thomaston Hospice can help. Our team is very passionate about what we do. Making sure our patients are well cared for and comfortable is our #1 priority.

Meet Candace Streetman, one of our registered nurses. Candace came to Thomaston Hospice from the ER a little over a year ago. When it comes to managing stress she's learned how to slow down. Her goal is to help families realize what a blessing Hospice can be for families, often much sooner than they realize. Her warm smile helps put our families at ease as she educates them each step of the way. Thank you Candace for your hard work and dedication.
