Our Life Enrichment Director, Ellen Shaw, started her career as a Special Events Director in Chicago and has spent the last 20+ years in the senior care industry. She lives in Acworth with her husband, their three sons and dog Ditka. Ellen enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and playing pickleball. She also serves on two children’s nonprofits and is a Hospice volunteer. She is honored and thrilled to share in our Founder, Ed Moncrief’s labor of love in Tiger Lily Estates. Ellen looks forward to starting and ending her day by enriching our residents lives as well as showing our residents they are loved, respected and appreciated.
