Do you ever experience blurred vision or dry, achy eyes after using your laptop for several hours? If so, you may be suffering from digital eye strain. To find relief, the American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends blinking more often, using artificial tears, taking more frequent breaks, or investing in a pair of computer eyeglasses with blue blocker to reduce eye strain.

Did you know that exposure to blue light from a smartphone, tablet, and laptop screens can affect your circadian rhythm? According to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, this exposure can make it harder to fall asleep and sleep restfully through the night. They suggest limiting your exposure to such electronic devices in the 2-3 hours before going to bed.
