Tilting Windmill is out doing our part to make Christmas as merry as possible! Look forward to working on more great projects in 2021!

Super cool aerial view of one of the Windmill’s coolest projects. The front has been completely overhauled from an overgrown nightmare to a more structured space with flowing lines and layers of elegance. We also worked with our friends at Custom Pools of Atlanta to install the incredible new on the back side of the house. Can’t wait to see the new pool plantings as they fill out and mature!

Here’s hoping some Tulips can help lift your spirits during these trying times.

The Windmill is a big fan of El Tesoro, a restaurant that has repeatedly made Eater’s Hottest Restaurant list - https://atlanta.eater.com//best-new-restaurants-atlanta-he. We’re excited to be working with the owner, Alan Raines, to make the place feel even more authentic. The containers out front are the first touch in doing so. Go by and have some of the best tacos in the city (and don’t miss the mulita!), and admire our handiwork out front. You’re welcome in advance!

This superb development is starting to come together, with the first five homes being listed this week (and one already under contract). The homes are high-end and directly on the Beltline, and the best part is all the landscapes have been custom-designed by Tilting Windmill, so you know they’re sexy!
