Chose to be kind ahead of time to them. Tell them thank you for working so hard and even buy them a drink. Instead of giving someone a piece of your mind chose to give them a piece of your heart with compassion and kindness. Everyone makes a mistake, chose to forgive and forget. You may not be able to control their actions but you can control your response. Have the reputation of being kind! Being kind cost nothing but it brightens the day of those we come in contact with.
