Happy Thanksgiving from our Tin Roof CrossFit family to you and your family. We will have normal hours Monday through Wednesday. Thanksgiving day we will be closed and Friday we will have only one class at 12:00pm. Even with 2020 rearranging our normal, may we all be reminded of the many things in our lives to be thankful for!

Look very closely at Mr Danny until our last event at the end of August this year he was barely walking 500 steps a day and never over over 8,000 per month . H...e worked for an hour or so with Gabriel Reese on stretching, balance , strength , he gave his testimony that one work out changed his life he's up to 49,000 steps a month he walked on the dang beach for the first time in years last month.
