Jerry Shook (aka PawPaw) is an asset to the company with his knowledge and skills on brake presses and rollers. He must enjoy working at TIW too. He retired after 21 years of employment and has now returned on a part time schedule. Jerry has been back for 1 year now.

Michael Plott celebrated 3 years with TIW. He was recently promoted as lead in the machine department. He also recently became a new father. Congrats on your service and your beautiful baby girl.

David McDonald celebrated 26 years with TIW last week. Outside sales in the carpet industry is his primary job. He works closely with our engineers designing the equipment and sometimes assists with the installation and programming.
