This is what happens when you spray over a previous popcorn texture job when they didn't prime or put any paint or primer in the texture while spraying. It doesn't stick and will fall to the floor. Holy crap man!

Another gut job for the boss. I know it looks bad and it is bad. But wait for the after pictures. We're going to give it some TLC and bring it back to life. Well it won't be easy but doable.
