Another blueberry farmer in Georgia, near Greensboro Ga. This farmer partnered with UGA's Scott Nesmith to build his 3200 plant blueberry enterprise. Good for him! I trust he has a lot of help. https://www.ajc.com//retiree-/3PLW63UOC5FBVDBIBKRCWP3QRU/

Toma Zosa Rise Blueberries: Our blueberry plants number about 120. We lost a few last year. They bloomed nicely and the berries are forming. It should be a good crop year. We also added 20 more grapes last year and they all survived the winter. Our hand-watering paid off. My guess is that we now have about forty muscadine plants of various types. Cross pollination is the rule, you know. We cleared a slightly sloped, sunny area for another 25 grapes. Why? Just cause, y'all. Old optimists plant regardless of what goes on in life. We're not trying to save the planet or make wine. Just see if we have a green thumb with a variety of plants. We also did a little painting to add some more "blues n' greens" atmosphere to TZR.

Monarch caterpillars are very hungry and can get pushy. https://www.nytimes.com//s/hungry-caterpillars-angry.html
Toma Zosa Rise is our adjacent six acre lot where we grow blueberries, muscadines, and lantanas. We also raise chickens and turkeys as pets. FB seems to think, or prefers, of us as a business and is always sending notes like "pump up the volume" as you got no new likes this week. Well, we are not concerned about that anymore. If you like to visit, send me a post. Other than that, we just hang out and garden when we feel like it. Life is rich.

We grow cacti outdoors and in greenhouses. Useful in salsa.
