Training On The Move 13.12.2020

1. A challenge you overcame or continue to struggle with in your business Training On The Move began encouraging people to eat healthy and participate in low impact exercise in a rural area before it became a popular movement. During this time we experienced a lot of backlash and limited access to a pool. To teach those who are interested we have traveled to outside locations such as Savannah, Ga Jesup, Ga, Montgomery,Al, Charleston, SC, and Richmond Hill, SC. Our goal is to ...continue teaching swim lessons in Hinesville and other rural area to increase access to preventive healthcare. In addition, we give science based basic education on current public health issues. At this moment due to limited income in those areas most of are services have been delivered for free or at a low cost. 2. What will you do with the grant funds? TOTM will use the money to pay for instructors and their travel so we can continue to offer free/low cost classes . Also buy CPR/AED equipment to teach those classes independently. #NAV

In addition, it can cause allergic reactions, unexplained weight gain, bloating, gas, itching, difficulty breathing, and rash. Currently, the FDA considers this polysaccharide to be safely added to processed foods.
