The Luxe on West Call by TRINITY Development Group is a private student housing community on the campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee. There are 125 fully furnished studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom luxury apartments that will accommodate 390 residents. Apartment furnishings include complete kitchens, washers and dryers, high definition televisions, and designer lighting and finishes. Amenities include cable TV, internet access, a secure, indoor parking deck with 417 spaces, storage for 76 bicycles, and a bicycle repair shop. The club house has Wi-Fi, a game room, a karaoke stage, a movie/gaming center, and the only dedicated cross fit training room in Tallahassee. There's also a heated saltwater swimming pool.
