What are the chances that a Detroit based lender got an appraiser across the street to do an appraisal in GA? ...and if that is MC Hammer, 2 legit, 2 legit 2 quit why are they unreachable? Why does the real estate industry and lobby as well as the public at large allow mortgage companies to write useless pre-approval letters with zero accountability or obligation? Great things to ponder..... I’m particular on investing so I lean toward the items that provide a great return on investment. However, your place whether it be your primary, vacation or weekend getaway property should provide you with the vibe you are looking for when you walk through the door. My feeling, is don’t fall into the trap of waiting to improve your property just to sell. I’ve always believed that you should improve things WHILE you can actually enjoy those impr...ovements.
