The Newton County Recreation Department will host the Recreation Department's first Drive-Boo this year. Cars and Vehicles Only! Trick or Treat while staying inside the car for Social Distancing. Please No Trick or Treating on Foot. This is a free community event that will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Turner Lake Complex located at 6185 Turner Lake Road, Covington,Georgia 30014.
