You’ve made it through the week and now it’s time to unwind! Let Tuscany take care of you on this rainy weekend while enjoying some of best food and live music Woodstock has to offer. Start your meal off with our perfect fall appetizer, a burrata made from fresh, creamy, homemade cheese, that’s wrapped in prosciutto di Parma, and served over a bed of arugula garnish with caramelizd figs. If you’re looking for something different this weekend, we are also serving bacon wrappe...d sea scallops with risotto Milanese and our creamy emerald hollandaise sauce. Lastly, and this is the perfect comfort dish for a rainy day, we are serving our famous Osso Bucco. The tender veal shank is slow braised with vegetables, wine, and garlic, and is served with whipped potatoes, perfect for absorbing all of the delicious flavors this dish has to offer. This magnificent weather brings to Tuscany two of our favorite fall season cocktails. Autumn Mule makes the perfect crafted blend of spiced rum and cinnamon liquor topped with cranberry juice and ginger beer. And of course we can never leave out the classic Pumpkin Martini, indulging vanilla vodka mixed with a creamy cinnamon liquor. Shaken and stirred into a martini glass. Salute!
