To All Twin Brooks Townhomes Onsite/Offsite Homeowners: This is a courtesy reminder that dues for the July 2020 June 2021 fiscal period is open. All of us, myself included, have a vested interest in the Twin Brooks Townhomes community. Twin Brooks HOA Community Club dues will remain the same this year which is $75 per property owner. However, the goal is to achieve a 70% participation contribution from both onsite/offsite property owners. At present, TBCC Board is considering the main option to replace the signage at our main entrance as well as improve the existing landscape so that it aligns with the recent Franklin Gateway streetscapes which is well overdue for our area. Twin Brooks Townhomes is alive and kicking. As many of you may have noticed, Franklin Gateway is going through a major transformation all for the better. With that being said, many homeowners who occupied their townhomes in the past several years have sold to investors who have leased these wonderful townhomes to renters. Twin Brooks Townhomes is all about having all residents respect each other's space, maintain a litter-free community and to look out for each other.

Franklin Road is no longer in existence. The official name of the corridor is Franklin Gateway which was approved by the City of Marietta Board of Commissioners on February 10, 2016. Signs acknowledging the new name have already been installed along the corridor including outside of the Twin Brooks Townhome subdivision.
