Leaks galore as you might can imagine! This was a pre-fab sun porch kit ... designed for a mobile home addition but the installer tied it directly under the shingles. Since the design didn’t specifically tie into the rafters they were not compromised. 2-3 days with a new roof added to the existing and hipped up onto roof...no more problems and finished with a new gutter! Also a full roof replacement tied the whole project together. Completed October 2020.
