Hello Tybrisa Owner’s, Hope all of our Owner’s and families are safe and well. We are living in a different time these days with the COVID-19 pandemic and everything else that is ongoing. This message is to notify you that the Tybrisa Beach Resort Annual Member’s Meeting this year, scheduled for 7:00 PM, November 2nd, 2020, will be conducted at the Tybee Island Post Theater. This location was selected in order to comply with the current Georgia Governor’s Executive Order. ...The Tybrisa Clubhouse location will not accommodate the normal level of attending Owners due to the Social Distancing requirements. We ask that you respond to this message if you plan on attending the Annual Member’s meeting so we can configure the Theater seating to meet Social Distancing requirements. Maximum attendance will be limited to 50 attendees, which is about the normal participation. Please provide your response to the Tybrisa Front Desk at email: [email protected], with your number of attendees, not later than Wednesday, September 30th, 2020, to reserve your seat(s). All attendees will be required to wear a cloth face mask or appropriate face covering and Social Distancing will be observed. Bottled water & soft drinks will be provided, but no food or refreshments will be served due to the existing food service restrictions and in an effort to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19. If you are not going to attend the Annual Member’s Meeting, please complete the Proxy & Ballot forms that will be mailed with your Annual Billing Statement and Newsletter to each Owner in October. This is my fourth year visiting this place. The hospitality is amazing. Great people....close to the beach.....there’s a pool for the youngins....what else do ya need?

The pool and playground are now open, in addition to the Tony Turner Pavilion. However social distancing is still required per State of Georgia guidelines.
