Candidates should have experience with light electrical and plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, countertops, flooring and general maintenance. Must be reliable and skilled as well as possess great attention to detail in completing duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion. Responsibilities include:... Use effective time management skills to complete scheduled jobs Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. spackle) Complete larger scale drywall repairs as needed Operating industrial paint sprayer, Knowledge of various paint finishes Completing light electrical and plumbing repairs Communicate effectively with UCS teammates and on-site clients Maintain company provided equipment; Applicants who provide their own paint sprayer are a plus! My company, United Commercial Services (UCS), is looking to hire a motivated maintenance tech/handyman. Pay will be based on experience. Must be able to work atleast a 10 hour day. Must have your own tools. Must have knowledge in light electrical, plumbing, roof repairs, sheetrock, painting, tile/flooring installation. He’s awesome & im so thankful he busted his hump this last week & a half for this project!!!!! #2 I need to know my final amnt for you. I also have a form for you to sign for the VA on the bathroom. #3 it’s been a crazy almost 2 weeks back & forth wit you but I’m so thankful you took on this project
