UGA Food 2 Kids

We are so thankful for our amazing relationship with the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia. We wouldn’t be able to do any of this without you! Thank you for allowing us to expand our impact in the community, and we are so excited to get back into the food bank for our baggings! This is also a bittersweet post. As we round out the school year, we are passing the torch to our next year’s officers and wishing our seniors luck on their departure into the world. Congratulations Shannon, Gabby, Sutton, and Emma for all the love and work you have put into this organization to build it up and grow it into what it is today. We love you and will miss you, but we are very excited to watch you grow and prosper outside of UGA! Love, your F2K family

Next week is the last week of bag deliveries to our local elementary schools! Keep an eye out in the GroupMe to grab a spot. Even though bag deliveries will be ending soon, mobile pantries AND on-site baggings are still continuing on through the summer, so check out our Weekly Links page (also in the GroupMe) to sign up!

This is how we felt when we heard about the food bank suspending the volunteering program. BUT stay tuned for updates on how we can still help fight hunger!

Due to circumstances outside of the food bank’s control, volunteering will be suspended until further notice. We will keep you updated as we hear more!
