Swing by the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel to check out the Office of Service-Learning’s submission for the 4th annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. This week, we are saying goodbye to Zariah Lewis, AmeriCorps VISTA Network Leader. Zariah graduated from UGA with a bachelor’s in Human Development & Family Sciences in 2017. She then joined the OSL’s VISTA Network in 2018, serving with the Clarke County Mentor Program. Following this year of national service, she became a VISTA Leader with the OSL. In her role as VISTA Leader, she has supported over 25 Summer Associate and AmeriCorps VISTAs who have contributed countless hours of service to our community! During all of this time, she has been a valued member of the OSL family. Zariah, we wish you the best as you start this new chapter in your life. Thank you for your service, and we will miss you!

The Grow It Know It (GIKI) Summer Camp, offered through UGA’s Office of Service-Learning, is typically a weeklong experience at Clarke or Hilsman middle schools.
