Outside on my sundeck I open a few windows to let in fresh air, sat down in a full lotus position facing east and begin my meditation and Ki training. The dew had fallen and remove the debris from the air which help to make the air more pristine, powerful and full of energy. I began with a long exhalation to remove any unused or stale air from my lungs that might have accumulated from my nights sleep. When I felt that I could not eliminate any more air from my lungs I begi...n my inhalation for a count of 20 by moving the air into my nostrils down the front of my neck, chest, into my lower abdomen (Lower Dan Tian), following the conceptual vessel or wind path just above my pubic bone where I held and circulate it for a count of 20 before I begin my exhalation. As I begin my exhaling for a count of 20, I visualize my Ki moving from my lower abdomen passing the perineum up my back following the spin/governing vessel by way of the fire path to my Upper Dan Tian also known as the Third Eye. I then stop my exhaling and visualize circulating in my lower abdomen for another count of 20. I repeated this cycle of breathing for about 1 hours before I began Macro Meditation also known as Grand Circulation or Large Circulation. I practice macro Meditation/Circulation for about 30 minutes. I found no blockages or stagnation, my mind was calm, relax with no mental chatter; my breath was slow, quite, at-ease and without struggle. My fire and water breath were balance. Afterwords I mentally reviewed all of my techniques, forms (empty hand and weapons) which took about 5 mins. Each in and out breath was deep, continues, relax, soft, calm and at-ease. My mind was at-ease, relax calm and without mental chatter. Both my water and fire breath were balanced. The holding and circulating of both was comfortable and without struggle. There was no blockage are obstructions found within my circulation of the micro and macro orbit. This morning I focuses on building or increasing my Ki. See more

I awoke this morning at 5 AM proceeded to my back sun deck, open several windows to exchange the air in the room and within my lungs, I then sat down in a full lotus position facing east; placing the tip of my tongue on the roof of my moth just behind my two front teeth connecting the governing and the conceptional vessel. Each in and out breath was deep, continues, relax, soft, calm and at-ease. My mind was at-ease, relax calm and without mental chatter. Both my water and f...ire breath were balanced. This morning I focuses on building/increasing my Ki. After I finish I spent about 3 minutes reviewing all of my techniques and forms.
