This multi-tower mixed-use development is constructed on an entire city block at the northeast corner of 12th Street and West Peachtree Street. The 1.67 million SF project includes a 16-story hotel, 20-story condominium tower, and 31-story office tower atop 8 levels of parking. The office, hotel, and residential towers all overlook a large shared amenity plaza located above st...ructured parking that includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools. U+C designed all tower and parking structures within the development and was the structural engineer of record for the entire project. As part of the top out ceremony, the last steel beam is signed and ready to be placed!
