Remember a couple weeks ago when we posted the bride-to-be's 60 lbs milestone photo?! Well, Miss...oops...I mean MRS. Laura is back today with an undeniable transformation! She's GLOWING in the "Now" picture below and she's got an extra twinkle in her eye Check out what she has to say about her journey at MRC "Going to MRC is one of the best decisions I've ever made! I began this wonderful journey to reclaim my life, unsure of myself and lacking confidence. MRC provi...ded a clear and straightforward path to meet my goals, even when I didn't think I could do it! I was provided guidance with a menu best matching what I like to eat. I can further tailor the menu of regular food items to create meals that I enjoy eating. I started with a basic knowledge of healthy food, but I didn't know the proper portion sizes nor the combination of foods that would keep me feeling full and lose weight at the same time! MRC has turned my life around. My activity level has gone from working out on the elliptical for 5 minutes three or four times a week to 40 minutes (the average of 4.7 to 5 miles) three times a week. My newfound confidence has enriched my life. I am more outgoing at work and no longer want to hide in the shadows. I don't hesitate to volunteer to work on a new project or learn a new system, which benefits my organization and department. I started last year pulling on size 12 and 14 curvy-fit pants like tights (pun intended). This year I am wearing size 6 that fit wonderfully! My doctor is so pleased with the improvement in my health. I am no longer taking so much medication for knee and ankle pain. I started off wondering IF I could do this. I began to realize that each goal, no matter how small, was an improvement. I am now so excited to see how far I've come! Thank you, MRC!"
