**VALITUS ATHLETES! EXCITING NEWS!!** Resident Beast & Rockstar @underagrooveinatl has been invited to compete in the CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier! Whooooooohooooo!!! Congratulations Shoshana!! Hard work pays off indeed.... The Online Qualifier WODs will be released on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 12 p.m. (noon) PT. Athletes will need to submit their scores by Sunday, May 9, 2021, all at 12 p.m. (noon) PT. We will keep everyone posted on the Valitus Group Activities page when Shoshana will be undertaking the WODs. One likely window will be after the Saturday morning class. Happy New Year Valitus Athletes!!! -- Let's see what 2021 brings. To give everyone breathing room to farewell 2020, and ring in 2021, we will be holding ONLY TWO morning classes (9AM and 10AM) on December 31st, and the gym will have Open Gym hours ONLY on January 1st. -- Please register for classes as per usual on Wodify and keep an eye out for whatever Coach Alex decides to program for the first day of 2021!

**Notice: Change of Hours for the Holiday** Please note we will be holding Open Gym hours only on 24th and 25th December. Members - please remember to book a time slot before arriving so people can assess their own comfort zone.
