Does your application require reliable fail-safe closure even on loss of power? Just one of the tools in our arsenal is RCI’s range of electro-hydraulic actuators. When powered the hydraulic pump compresses a mechanical spring, if there is a power failure the hydraulic pressure is released and the valve moves rapidly to the desired fail position. Particularly useful in AFFF, custody transfer, tank isolation, and other applications where safety or costs can be impacted by power failure.

Typically, on VSI’s series 2100 3- way butterfly valve configurations, we have 3 ports all of which are the same size. Here we have a unique valve configuration. Our customer needed two of the three ports to be 10 inches in diameter and one port to be 8 inches in diameter. We were able to source this cast iron tee and have this valve built in our standard 3-5 day lead time for our customer.
