Another vHG success story! Did you know we have certified professional coders that work with physician practices? We were recently retained by a family practice that underwent a Medicaid audit which resulted in a preliminary overpayment of a $406,481! One of our coders reviewed the findings and countered their denials and the state dropped the overpayment to $173,519! Still a lot, but that's a 57% decrease and we can still appeal.
