What we all can do to help one another: Practice good hygiene Wash your hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds. Cover your nose and mouth if you have to sneeze or cough. Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Please stay home if you are sick and avoid face-to-face interactions with other people (self quarantine). Practice Social Distancing Stay at least 6 feet away from other people when in public. Avoid groups of people.
