Some updates. Kennedy Burt has gone to work for Benchmark Mortgage and Melanie McCurdy has taken a job in Manchester where she lives. We have 2 great new folks - Elizabeth Brand whose husband is a Captain at Ft. Benning and Helen Guaranieri whose background is in property management. Helen is our receptionist and Elizabeth handles, among other thigs, post closing matters. We have started e filing our deeds which means we will be able to send the deeds out to clients and lend...ers within a day or two from the closing date rather than more than a month or so later. Barry has once again been given the Martindale-Hubble AV Preeminent Rating which is the highest possible rating. We appreciate the trust and confidence you have in us to handle your real estate needs and hope we can be of service to you soon
