I am so super pumped over the awesome new changes at Venue1625! While, my choice of words could be better, I can only think of Freaking amazing! It shines wit...h history: The tin, is from the old warehouse, built in 1980, located on the fairgrounds. The collections come from years of treasure hunting, all with their special stories. Almost 7 years ago, the post was not in operation. It needed much TLC. My desire was to serve our veterans and rebuild a facility our community would be proud of!! The property is 20 plus acres the buildings are ginormous, some say, it’s like a maze. For the most unique space/room E V E R, I have created space you can use for most any occasion. I’m posting before pictures, you can get a better feel of why I’m so ecstatic over the changes!! It connects with the fabulous Wheelroom so your entertainment choices just increased! See more

My son Tyler Denney and his wife ...Lori Mock Denney helped me work this event! I’m gonna keep this as short as possible, so its sure to keep your attention. This is about recognizing and encouraging! It’s about a young archipreneur :... A young man name Patrick Thompson. He stepped up to the plate to bring something to our community at a time so many were discouraged and without hope. During a time ( Covid devil ) people were giving up, sheltered and afraid. He’s not a big wig with deep pockets looking for fame and money just the opposite! He ALREADY serves our community in law enforcement. He also, provides you joy and memories in his DJ business. You have NO IDEA what it cost to take on such an adventure to bring in a drive-in. WITHOUT, support, sponsors and deep pockets! Most experienced people ( mature/ older) would never take such a risk ! Believing in yourself is all the magic you need ! As you are considering a visit to the fairgrounds, as you are writing your reviews.... remember, we are under a pandemic and it takes an army to make things happen! Time is the Win. Put yourself in his shoes and think what would keep you motivated to please and move forward. Correct, encouragement and support!! The name Freedom drive-in was chosen to show support for our veterans, and our freedom of Hope! It’s gonna be the most awesome thing since cat-head biscuits soon !!! We had a great turn out last night ( Wednesday) at Venue 1625 ! BINGO IS BACK ! Packed house. Important facts: 1. Clean and comfortable facility ... 2. Large 8k square ft. space to spread out and feel safe. 3. Handicap entrance, well lit parking lot, with plenty of parking. 4. We open early, that you can find a seat, get prepared and comfy. 5. 50/50 drawing, door prizes throughout evening, $1500 pay out. 6. Non- profit facility, supporting our Veterans 7. The FOP puts this on EVERY Wednesday @ 7 pm. for the surrounding communities as a fund raiser. The Fraternal Order of Police Raising money for Shop with a Cop and many other needs.
